U.S Shipping Deals

Gold Silver 360 offers free shipping to our customers when you spend over $299. We have no minimum order requirement; however, orders under $299 will be charged a shipping fee of $5.99. This applies to domestic (U.S.) orders only. International orders are subject to each country's rate.

Shipping Time

Shipping you the metals you purchase on time is a vital part of our business. We strive to do everything we can do to provide the customer with accurate estimated delivery times and overall timely service.

Estimated shipping times are always provided in the email confirmation that accompanies completed orders. If you pay by check, be aware that there is also a processing time of 10 business days from the time we receive your payment for the check to clear, which adds to the estimated shipping time.

Due to the nature of the bullion business, some orders occasionally become delayed. Even brief hiccups in the normal flow of the supply chain from our distributors can result in extra time to ship these products.

Shipping Options

Packages are shipped via:

  • USPS First Class Mail
  • Priority Mail
  • The USPS will attempt to deliver items up to three times before returning them to Gold Silver 360.

International Shipping 

  • Please note that all international shipping may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Gold Silver 360 has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc.
  • Due to COVID-19 restrictions, international packages are taking longer than expected delivery times.
  • Please be aware that once an order is placed and shipped, customers are responsible for all VAT import duties and/or taxes. Gold Silver 360 cannot pay for these on your behalf.
  • Customers are subject to and responsible for variable shipping costs and custom fees as they change from country to country.
  • To ensure timely and secure delivery of your international orders, we regret to inform you that we are no longer able to offer USPS International First Class Packages. We have made this decision based on the increasing number of lost or missing packages on the part of USPS, coupled with their inability to provide official search inquiries. Therefore, we now require all international orders to be shipped via Priority mail. Please note that this is due to restrictions on other package and rate types, and is aimed at ensuring the highest level of delivery service for our valued customers.

Uninsured Packages 

  • Please note that while we take every precaution to ensure that your package arrives safely and on time, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have not been insured.
  • If you choose not to purchase shipping insurance for your package, please be aware that there is a risk that your shipping carrier may lose or misplace your package, and you may not receive your items. Unfortunately, in the event that your package is lost, we cannot replace or refund your order, especially in circumstances in which you purchased unique and rare precious metals.
  • We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance to protect your order in case of any unexpected circumstances. This will give you peace of mind and ensure that your package is covered if anything happens during transit. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal office to further assist and file a claim.
